Making an Application

If you would like to apply for a place in our Preschool, please print out and complete the Application form below and either email to hungerfordoffice@sbmat.org or bring it to the Main Office. The application will be processed and you will be advised whether your child receives a place in accordance with our Preschool Admissions policy. Notification will be in March, date to be determined.

Please be advised that your Preschool Admissions Form must be accompanied by a copy of your child’s birth certificate, and for children born outside the UK, we require a copy of the child’s passport. Our office staff will be happy to assist in making copies for you, if necessary.
